What this policy covers

This policy describes the InjectIQ marketing website. It explains what the site collects, which tools process that information, and how demo and contact form submissions are handled.

The product clinics use to schedule patients is separate from this website. This page covers the public site only.

Information the site collects

Information you type into a form

  • A demo request asks for your full name, clinic or organization, and work email. Phone is optional.
  • The contact form at the bottom of the home page asks for your name, phone number, and email.
  • Each form also asks you to answer a short math question. That answer is checked on our server to reduce spam. It is not forwarded with your request.

Information your browser sends on its own

When you open a page, your browser sends technical details such as your IP address and browser type so the site can be delivered. We use that to operate the site. We do not use it to advertise to you.

Optional analytics

If you click Accept, and analytics is configured for this deployment, Google Analytics may receive pages you view, the site that referred you, general device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Tools we use

Google Analytics, only after you click Accept. It is the only analytics tool this site is set up to load. Advertising features stay off. If you decline or never choose, the Google Analytics script is not added to the page.

n8n, for form delivery. After the math question checks out, the site server sends the form fields you submitted over HTTPS to a hosted n8n workflow. That workflow delivers the request to the InjectIQ team. n8n is not used to track browsing on this site, and your browser does not talk to it directly.

A first-party math check, for spam control. The challenge is created and verified on this site. It expires after a few minutes. It is not a marketing cookie and it is not sent to Google Analytics or to the n8n workflow.

No other marketing, advertising, or content-analytics tags run on this site.

How contact and demo form data is handled

The site server forwards only the details the form asked for:

  • Demo requests: name, clinic or organization, email, and phone if you provided one.
  • Contact form: name, phone number, and email.

Those fields are used so the InjectIQ team can reply and, for a demo, arrange a walkthrough of how your clinic works. They are not sold. They are not used to build advertising profiles, and submitting a form does not turn analytics on.

The team keeps a submission for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the inquiry. To ask about a request you already sent, use the contact form and include the email address you used.

Analytics and other tracking

Non-essential tracking is off by default.

Google Analytics, and any other non-essential tracking, stays off until you click Accept on this page. Decline leaves tracking off. If you never choose, the analytics script is not added and analytics cookies are not set.

If you accept, Google Analytics may set its own cookies in this browser and receive the usage information described above. That information is used to understand which pages are visited. Ad storage, ad personalization, and ad-user data stay denied.

If analytics is not configured for a deployment, accepting still does not load a tag, because there is no measurement ID to send.

Cookies and saved choices

This site does not need an analytics cookie to work. The math check does not set a browser cookie.

Your Accept or Decline choice is stored in this browser's local storage so we can remember it on later visits. If you have not chosen, nothing is stored and tracking stays off.

How to change your choice

Use the controls at the top of this page. Accept allows optional analytics on later page views in this browser. Decline turns that permission off, tells Google Analytics to stop analytics storage if it was already loaded, and clears the analytics cookies this site can remove from this browser.

Children

This site is written for clinic staff and other professionals. It is not directed at children.

Changes

When this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
